Asha Sym is a celebrated artist, designer and dressmaker with over 15 years experience across a range of industries in the arts. She has a Degree in Contemporary Arts, and is currently studying a Masters of Art Management at RMIT.

​

She owned and ran her own successful boutique clothing store for 6 years, has managed larger chain retail stores, created stunning bridal dresses, sampled for brands that have gone on to be stocked in David Jones and featured in multiple Vogue editions, helped manage the backstage and production side of national runway shows at fashion festivals such as Afterpay Australian Fashion Week and runs her own label ‘Decadent’ that has seen her designs at Paris Fashion Week!

Asha is competent in all aspects of fashion design and garment production, and is available as a professional fashion consultant to help you take your designs, ideas and inspiration from concept to final product.

 

Services include any or all of the following: 

sourcing materials, technical drawings, pattern making, grading, sampling, costings, tech packs, manufacturing, Negotiating contracts

brand and care labels, finishing and quality control.
